Student News Videos

During my time at Carpenter Elementary School, I assisted with the school student news program, as I was a 50% employee and was not on campus for part of the school week.  However, I did provide graphics and video elements for use in the newscast for the regular news club sponsors to use.

During my year at Brier Creek Elementary School, I took over the school's student news club full-time and rebranded it as "WJET-TV: The Jetstream".  Since the school was a year-round school, there were times that no students were available to work on the school news because they were tracked out, or students did not show up to illness or otherwise.  I would fill in and record the newscast myself.

In these videos, I took the newscast on the road and pre-recorded videos to use in upcoming newscasts.
